KS1 Presentation of Learning
On Thursday, we would love to present the learning from our Autumn, Spring and Summer expeditions. As children leave the family picnic, there will be a stand at the front of the school showcasing the finished products from the expeditions.
We would love for parents and guardians to join us, view and discuss the beautiful finished products. Children will also be able to purchase a copy of the new children’s perspective for £1.
We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow

Year 3/4 transition week update!
What a great start to our new Year 3/4 classes. After a bit of settling in, we have been able to complete some Crew building activities. We built spaghetti and marshmallow towers – the aim was to build the highest structure we could with the same amount of items. This has helped us feel more comfortable with each other!
Throughout the week, so far, we have also been looking at the book Small Things. We have been having many discussions about feelings and worries, in order to help settle us. These interesting discussions have been a fantastic way of getting to know our new Crews and how we can help them feel better when they aren’t quite feeling themselves!
Keep your eyes peeled for the rest of the week, where we will share our sketches of London monuments. This is preparing us for our new Expedition in Autumn! 👀👀

KS1 Sports day:
Gates will open at 1:00pm and close at 1:10pm.
Children will go round the carousel of activities in their teams to try and earn the most points.
At the end of the sports day, children will sit in their teams on the grass for the winner to be announced, and parents can spectate this on the muga pitch. Children will then walk past for a last goodbye before entering back into school. The gate will be opened for parents at 2:30pm.
Once the children have exited back to school, parents can meet them back at their classroom door to take them home.
There will be a barrier that parents are not allowed past, in order to keep our children safe and keep the activities moving.
Thank you for your continued support
