Academic Crew enables pupils use regularly designated crew sessions to reflect on their academic progress and self reflection.
Through reflection of our Habits of Work and Learning (HOWLs) this enables crew leaders to facilitate discussions to share good practice, celebrate and critique beautiful work whilst reflecting on their academic progress and character growth.
