This morning in crew we invited the children to bring in something from home that they would like to share with their crew. It was lovely to hear them talk about their their toys and ask lots of questions.

Today we explored what it means to ’keep clean’. We had some fantastic discussions around how often our crew brush their teeth and have a bath or take a shower. We discovered some interesting facts 🦠 and finished off our crew discussion with a good old game of bingo!

Crew Marsh celebrated achieving 3.2 and above by bouncing their way through the inflatable. Everyone involved had such a great morning! ⭐️

Well done to the children who received their reward for having a Howls average of 3.2 or above. Children were rewarded with time on an inflatable. Great fun had by all. 😊
Pledges – Summer term
In Crew Shields, we have been talking a lot about our academic progress and how to move learning forward. As part of this, we have discussed how it is impossible to cover everything in school time so it requires children to be accountable for their own learning and practising the things they know they need to develop.
We had an extended afternoon crew so Crew Shields could make a Howls pledge and 2 academic pledges. They have a copy for home so enquire with them about their pledges. They may need your support to accomplish this pledge. The other copy will be on their desk so they can remind themselves.
Mrs Rhodes and I are looking forward to seeing them be successful over the rest of the Summer term. 🙂
