Today we looked at the different parts of the human body: head, shoulders, knees and toes.
We also looked at the 5 senses. Ask us if we can remember all 5?

Y2 have loved sharing their writing about Stan and Mabel with the Y1’s. It was great to hear the children share their work proudly and they all read their work beautifully.
I have loved listening to SLC’s this week and I am so proud at how well all of the children could talk about their learning!
Our next plot point is about the next two characters we meet on our travels – two rabbits called Roberta and Bobby. Ask us what instruments they play!
The children in KS1 had a wonderful time at XP outdoors, we were on the hunt for bugs 🐞 🐛
We caught spiders, beetles, worms and ants! We observed their shape, colour and movements.
For our next plot point in our writing we are describing a bridge and an oboe playing duck called Roady.
Just a reminder, please can you unsure book bags are brought into school everyday and their books will be changed every Friday. We are wanting to monitor how many times children are reading at home and celebrate those children who are doing this 4 times.
Thank you in advance
KS1 team 🙂
We loved sharing our display work this morning with our families. Thank you so much for coming!
We were very lucky to have a visit from Geoff this morning. He taught us lots about different musical instruments and how they shake the air to make sounds. We also learnt and performed a song! A big thank you to Geoff for joining us and we can’t wait for you to come back soon.
