Seasonal Soup!

In expedition today we made seasonal soup. We worked together as a crew to gather the ingredients needed. We followed a recipe to make our soup. We used a range of different techniques cutting, chopping and measuring as well as a variety of equipment such as knifes, peelers and chopping boards. We had to make sure we were using these safely.

After all our hard work, it was time to try the soup. Some of us were initially put off by the appearance of the soup but after we gave it a try we realised it was super yummy! Some of us even had seconds!
