We have some Exciting News!! The school photographer will be coming to school on the 6th October!
What better way to treasure this moment after such a long time off!

Meet our very first handwriting stars who have been chosen for producing some of the most beautiful work in their crew! It really is beautiful….
They came and spent some time with me, enjoying a milkshake, bun and a catch up!
I am really proud of all of them, they are working so hard!
Please can I remind you that if you, your child or any member of your household is awaiting a test result, your child can not come to school.

Tempest photographers will be in school on Tuesday 6th October. Unfortunately due to the current covid situation we cannot accommodate siblings from home. A proof photograph will be sent home with your child on the day. There is no obligation to purchase.

Thank you to the 3 parents who have completed our survey. It’s great to receive some positive feedback but also some feedback to help us to gauge what parents are thinking in terms of what we need to improve. Next week, Leaders will look at the feedback and will work with their staff to put any issues right.
I would be really grateful if a few more parents could complete the survey. It’s really short, just two questions, it will only take a couple of minutes but will help us to make our school better.

Feedback so far…
I am keen to find out how your child has settled back into school. We are using something in school to support with critique and feedback and would like to trial this with parents. We are using this language with the staff and children.
I praise… something you like/think is working well this year so far
I wonder…. Something you would like to propose to us in order to improve school life and is usually posed as a question
Example: I wonder if school breakfast club could start up again soon?
The staff within school have been working exceptionally hard in order to make our school the best it can be and I would love to be able to share some positive feedback with them as well as ways we can improve further.
