Another fun filled day done ✅ Today we have continued exploring mark making using different media which turned out to be a little messy but so much fun 🙊 The children loved making circles, lines and shapes in a shaving foam bonfire 🔥 We love a bit of messy play! This also provided excellent opportunities for using vocabulary to describe the shaving foam such as ‘sticky, cold, swirly, sloppy, sparkly’. It was definitely a favourite activity so far!
We also drew a witch using crayon on black paper, where we looked at the different shapes and different sizes of the shapes. The children did great at identifying triangles and circles and produced some lovely pictures. We definitely have a few budding Artists! 🎨
We finished our rockets and we went outside to fly them 💥We then lined up and had a rocket race! It was so much fun! Hope you have a safe bonfire night and hopefully you get to see some fireworks through the window! 💥🔥

Being Kind – Rose
Rose is consistently a positive role model to her peers, she does the right thing, the right way all the time. Today she helped give out milk and snack and helped tidy up! Well done Rose, you are a credit to our crew 🥰 Also a huge thank you to Rose’s mum for the very kind donation for our bed time story session next week, which will buy the hot dogs for everyone.
