We have loved designing our new coat of arms in our expedition lessons this week.

We have loved designing our new coat of arms in our expedition lessons this week.
I have been so impressed with how Y1 have built on their ball skills week on week, today we perfected our passing.
Well done to all the children in Crew Marsh who got through the first number level!
Today we applied all of our learning to a single clause sentence and unpicked what the verb of each sentence was and from that could decide the subject. I was so impressed with how well everyone could apply all of their knowledge.
Now we have finished all of our castle jobs we have been able to finish the feudal system in a castle – we hated being servants but loved being kings and queens.
Thank you so much for everyone’s donations for our KS1 harvest festival. KS1 did a fab job presenting the assembly and all staff are so proud of their speaking skills! Especially for some of the Y1’s where it was their first time.
Crew Marsh getting smart in their handwriting lessons.
This week we have been introduced to the part whole model in maths. We have got really good at knowing that 2 parts make 1 whole one.
We loved finishing our castle jobs by pretending to be Kings and Queens after making our crown we got to do our favourite two things – watch bluey and eat a biscuit.
Today we have experienced our 5th job in a castle, it was being the castle gardener. We loved planting our pea seed and we cannot wait to see them grow!
