Today I’ve reflected on how far we’ve come as a crew this year and I truly believe this is down to our support and compassion for one and other. Each week we complete our Crew Challenge and this week has shown how much trust we have in each other. Our challenge was to work in smaller crews and pass water down the line, backwards, whilst we remained forward facing. The trust, speaking and listening skills and support for each other, absolutely blew me away. I’m so proud we have such a caring and resilient crew.
