Crew clean up

The children in Crew Marsh were kindly gifted an outdoor play house. They worked as a team to clean the playhouse and make it as good as new. They’ve also worked hard to keep their playground clean and tidy by using equipment and again working together. We love our break times outside and now we’re able to role play with our new equipment to make breaktimes even more exciting.

VE Day Picnic

What a Day! Bunting, sunshine, and sandwiches galore! Our VE Day picnic was a fantastic celebration filled with laughter, music, and a whole lot of red, white, and blue. Crews came together to remember the end of World War II in Europe with a joyful afternoon of games, dancing, and classic picnic treats. It was a wonderful way to honour history, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company – just like they did back in 1945!

The King’s Trust

As part of our expedition lessons we have been learning about the Kings Trust and the work they do to support children and young people. We learnt that they try and help build resilience so we took part in some activities to try and help us become more resilient. These included cross the river, mirror challenge and blindfold assault course.
