Today I have been blown away by the writing that has been produced in Crew Elmer! The children have impressed me with their use of powerful verbs, specific adverbs and alliteration. I wonder who will be on our ‘sentence stacker’ wall tomorrow?
Today’s HoWL average is: 3.2
Today our Crew have been working to develop our HoWLs (Habits of Work and Learning). At the end of every school day children score themselves HoWL points against: Work Hard, Get Smart and Be Kind. Crew Elmer are very reflective and have been very honest in assessing themselves.
This week’s HoWL target is: 2.9
How can we improve this tomorrow?
Tomorrow Crew Elmer need to make sure that everyone is working hard and that they are always focused on their learning.
