WOW! WOW! WOW!
Today was the turn of Shiloh to share her talent with us. She had told me she wanted to sing which I was surprised by as she can be quite shy. However, this afternoon she blew us all away!
This confident girl stood up in front of her crew and sang like an angel. I have no idea where she has been hiding that voice but I’m very glad she felt comfortable enough to share with us. Shiloh has only ever sang in front of her family so this was the first time she sang in front of a group.
KS1 children and their grown ups had a lovely start to the day this morning! It was a pleasure to see so many grown ups enjoying time with their children. Thank you to all of those grown ups that attended! 👍

We loved having new stuff out at break time today!

Who knew space food tasted so sour? We were not a fan of it in Crew Marsh.👎

Wow, we had a fun breakfast to celebrate Mrs Bidmead’s birthday this morning!

This morning, we carried reading on our novel ‘Holes’ which we are really enjoying. Instead of just answering questions we had a matching activity where we had to match the question to the answer. This was really fun and really got us thinking about what the question was asking us.

Also big shout out for some great text marking. We are getting so good at this now and it really shows we are understanding what we are reading.

In XP Outdoors we planted lettuce seeds. We are very excited to watch our lettuce grow over the next few weeks.

Crew Marsh loved practising their 10 timetables in maths.

It’s been such an exciting time in Nursery recently after the arrival of our chicks! We have treated them to a little paddling pool to stretch their legs in, and it meant we could sit and watch them playing together. Some of us were really eager to hold them, whilst some of us opted to just stroke them – we absolutely LOVED it! We have felt really lucky to have experienced this and we really don’t want to say goodbye to our new friends at the end of this week!
