Crew Godley and Crew Longley developed their artistic skills today to highlight the importance of recycling our plastic to ensure it does not end up in the Oceans. We were fascinated to observe the Marina Trench and the impact of pollution on the deepest, darkest depths of the ocean. We used multi media to create art work to show the impact of pollution on the marine life.

As part of Case Study 3, the children have been working on sketching in the style of Quentin Blake. Using the process of Austin’s Butterfly, the children have created multiple drafts, critiqued their piece of art and tried to make their beautiful work even better.
