During Caring Crew, we have looked at what we mean by ‘Teamwork’ by working in small groups to build a tower. Each member of the team had a different role, and we had to showcase good teamwork and communication skills to build a tower that matched the example on the board.
When we debriefed, we showed integrity by discussing how not all of our team members completed their jobs which meant that our towers weren’t fully completed.
