From Cocoon to Courage: Embracing Change

Today, Crew Godley explored the idea of stepping out of comfort zones through the concept of molting in a caterpillar’s life cycle. Just as a caterpillar must shed its old skin to grow, moving from primary to secondary school requires leaving behind familiar routines. We reflected on the benefits and challenges of staying within boundaries and discussed how growth can feel uncomfortable but necessary. Through a drama-based activity, we represented the process of breaking through limits before finishing with a reflection on how kindness and support from our crew can help us feel safe during times of change.
