We visited the community noticeboard at Asda Carcroft and found several services that our pupils and families can use.
📚 Free children’s books – The Children’s Book Project provides pre-loved books for children to enjoy. Families can visit the collection point at Asda Carcroft and choose books to take home, helping children discover new stories and develop a love of reading.
🥫 Food and essential items – Asda Carcroft supports a local food bank with donations of food, toiletries and other everyday essentials. If your family needs support, information about accessing local food-bank services is available from the community noticeboard.
🤝 Your Place community support – Your Place helps local families find support with finances, housing, employment, childcare, food and family life.
