Just as we expect our children to work together, communicate effectively, and adapt with creativity, we placed ourselves in the same position. What is good enough for the children is good enough for us – showing that crew culture is for everyone, not just pupils.
Our Carcroft Crew Bake Off brought teamwork to life, with everyone taking on a role and responsibility to make it a success. Clear communication and smooth handovers proved essential, while creativity and adaptability helped turn simple recipes into something special. Most importantly, the challenge reminded us that fun, shared activities strengthen crew spirit, boost morale, and highlight the power of collaboration.
